Getting upset when trying to lose weight by getting on the scale will not help you.

Don't weigh yourself all the time when trying to lose weight

Give yourself grace and have patience 

Allow yourself to lose the weight and improve your health

Focus on the goals instead of the number

Find an outlet for your stress and emotions
